CHRSD’s Advisory & Consultancy Service Unit is equipped with expertise to conduct consulting and training projects of various kinds. The consultants and associates of CHRSD offer management consulting services to assist our clients to address HRM and/or organisational issues in their company. We help our clients to integrate effective HR processes, programmes and practices into their daily operations.
CHRSD organises and conducts in-house people development programmes on topics such as employee counselling, managerial skill enhancement, executive coaching, and leadership development. Upon successful completion of these programmes, participants will be awarded certificates issued by CHRSD and/or other authorising bodies.
In providing services to assist our clients undertaking various organisational and management surveys, our consultants conduct assessments/audits to identify various management problems and their root causes encountered by clients. We also make recommendations on implementation of corrective plans when required; and we will assist the clients in developing and implementing performance improvement processes deemed to be necessary.
